“I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte, Occupational Health & Wellness Advisor at CentrePort Wellington. Charlotte implemented a number of wellness initiatives at the Port which contributed to increasing wellbeing engagement. Charlotte provided me with great advice on managing my own wellbeing, endorsed by my medical practitioner who suggested I continue working with her. “Our work with Charlotte and her team at CentrePort was aimed at reducing our fatigue levels in the Marine department whilst concentrating on health & well-being.  We are very happy with Charlottes work.  Her ideas and processes resulted in new SOP’s and roster systems for Marine which has helped our team immensely. The end result was beyond our expectations and we accomplished our goal. What we appreciated most about working with Charlotte was her ability to cut through the predictable politics of a project, keep everyone happy, and deliver the expected results… and then some.”
